Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide! If you are outside of the United States shipping prices will vary. For any questions about shipping send us an email at support@mozeu.com.*Custom Socks/Masks are subject to 50% minimum restocking fees if applicable as well as any shipping charges.
When will my order arrive?
Orders generally take 4-8 business days to be processed and printed. From that point onward, standard shipping will take 2-5 business days within the US.
Please keep in mind, Custom Socks may take more time to be made during holidays.
Orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days for domestic, and 20-25 business days for orders outside the US after dispatch*
What form of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, ApplePay and PayPal.
Do you do custom/team orders?
Hit us up for any and all custom inquiries. No minimums, get your team/business/etc. printed on our comfy socks!
Printed Socks/Masks Disclaimer:
Printed socks and masks are hand-printed using a process called dye-sublimation at our headquarters in California. Every design is transferred by hand onto each sock, so no two socks or masks will ever be exactly the same. Minor blemishes may be visible.
How do we wash the socks?
Please click here for more care information. Remember to carefully cut the tag - do not rip them. This can damage your socks.
Are your Custom Masks medical grade?
No our Custom Masks are not intended for medical use or offer protection comparable to N95 masks.
