The customer service is great. I originally sent in a photo and was told it wasn’t received with the best quality so I could sent in a new one and have it done with it better quality. I did so and received the socks with the first photo in terrible quality imaging. I notified them of the issue and they quickly sent out a new pair with the corrected photo and it came out amazing. I bought socks before this and they were just as good.

The socks are great. the bottom of the sock doesn't seem like they fit him, but he's a size 11. Maybe for future reference make the bottom of the socks black or a tad bit longer, or have more precise sizes. I appreciate that I was sent the correct pair of socks. I didn't check my email so it was a surprise for my boyfriend and I. He texts me saying "did you buy me another pair of socks?" It was a good laugh. Thank you so much, he loves them.
